This sports and entertainment Hall located in Wroclaw’s Szczytnicki Park was added to the prestigious UNESCO World Heritage List in 2006 as one of the most important architectural achievements of the twentieth century and credited for the use of steel in construction. The Hall was built between the years 1911-1913 and was designed by Max Berg in expressionist style.

Today, the Centennial Hall serves as the international exhibition centre, cultural and recreation centre for both residents and tourists. The facility hosts numerous trade shows, conventions, theatre and opera performances, concerts, international sports, political and business meetings, as well as religious events. Additionally, it houses Europe's most modern multimedia fountain in the Pergola, an open-air structure adjacent to the Hall. This is an ideal facility for all football fans looking for an interesting and vibrant place of rest and entertainment on the days without matches during UEFA EURO 2012 ™!
