The Poznan Fan Zone has been located at the very center of the city, on Wolności Square about a 45 minute ride from the Municipal Stadium in Poznan. It is here that the football Fans will watch all the matches played during UEFA Euro 2012. The zone will also host several complementary cultural events. Up to 30 thousand fans can participate in each of the events.
The zone will operate every day from 8th June to 1st July 2012 and will be one of the most interesting places during UEFA EURO 2012. It does not matter if you’re a zealous football fan or someone less interested in watching the matches – you will enjoy your time here. On no match days the Fan Zone will become a place for extraordinary cultural events. Cabaret performances and movie screenings are some of the many events planned.
The UEFA EURO 2012 Poznan Official Fan Zone will transmit all the tournament matches on match days with their 4 wall screens. There will be about 1,000 seats for fans on two stands located near the stage. The host is planning for free-of-charge “green” seats to be used when the zone experiences less traffic. The part of the Zone that is located near Marcinkowskiego Avenues will be equipped with three additional wall screens. Moreover, one will be able to follow the players efforts on a dozen or so LCD screens at many points in the zone.
The zone will host numerous food courts, sponsor stands offering entertainment programs, high standard temporary sanitary facilities, medical stations, information stations, the sponsor’s official gift shop, the press center and the VIP zone (offered at an extra charge). Fans will also be able to watch the match broadcasts in a more intimate surrounding. They will enjoy two chillout zones, prepared specifically for them.

For the comfort of tourists from EU countries, the movement of organised groups of fans, football teams and UEFA activists will be facilitated on the four border crossings between Poland and Ukraine during UEFA EURO 2012™.
The ban on drinking alcohol in public places, possession of a knife or other dangerous items, the entry to a football match of a minor without a guardian – are just some of the regulations in force in Poland.
Choose the genuine logo and high quality licensed UEFA EURO 2012™ products. When you buy counterfeit goods you are agreeing to breaking the law and to the low quality of such goods.
Take care of your health when in Poland during UEFA EURO 2012. The sanitary and epidemiological rules are very similar to what you are used to back home.
