Polish Pass offers the most important services ensuring efficient services to guests visiting Poland during the UEFA EURO 2012 Tournament including:
- accommodation in hotels, pensions, apartments or private flats in the Host Cities – Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk as well as all over Poland,
- air transport for domestic and international flights,
- railway transport with the offer of two carriers: PKP Intercity and Przewozy Regionalne all over Poland,
- urban transport with one integrated ticket for urban transport in all four Host Cities valid throughout the Tournament,
- health insurance with an assistance packet of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń (PZU) for the travel period from 1 May 2012 to 31 August 2012. The assistance packet provides for e.g. the transport of sick persons to the country of residence to continue treatment at the insurer’s cost.
Does Polish Pass offer services at lower prices?
Yes. Polish Pass offers favourable rebates and competitive prices for many of its services, e.g. special offers for local transportation in the Host Cities, Intercity, Regional Railways, PZU and a 10% discount for selected LOT flights.
How can I join the program and add my offer to the Polish Pass base?
In order to add your offer to the Polish Pass base, send an e-mail to : email@example.com along with contact details and details of the proposed accommodation. The message will be sent to distributors who will take a decision on the offer. How to print a Polish Pass ticket?
A Polish Pass voucher may be saved in PDF format and printed on your own printer.
What should I do if the terms of the booking or the dates do not suit me?
In realising this fact Polish Pass offers accommodation close to the Host Cities. Another possibility is to check the offer at a later date since the prices and availability of accommodation may change over time.
Does Polish Pass offer luggage insurance?
No. Polish Pass offers only health insurance with an assistance packet.
What form of payment is used for Polish Pass?
Payment has to be made in advance for Polish Pass. You can find information on payments for each service on all the distributors' pages.
Can private apartments from outside the Host Cities be included in the Polish Pass accommodation base?
No. Polish Pass offers an accommodation base all over Poland, mainly in hotels and pensions. Expansion of the base with private apartments is focused primarily in the Host Cities. PL.2012 does not get involved in business negotiations between apartment owners and the operator of Polish Pass.
Is it possible to book an international flight e.g. from Athens to Warsaw under the Polish Pass offer?
Yes. Polish Pass uses global booking systems and therefore the offer contains the services of local and international air lines and the routes they cover.
What can I do when a hotel in the Polish Pass accommodation base is not available online?
Polish Pass offers booking services on request which consists in the distributor getting into direct contact with a hotel or another service provider in order to obtain detailed information on available accommodation. Return information about the availability of the accommodation and the final price is sent within 24 hours.
