What will the Consular Office help you with?
If you have lost your documents, or need financial or legal assistance, you can request help from your embassy or consul.
You will get consular support at the embassy or permanent Consulate, operating daily in all the four Host Cities of the Tournament. Some countries that do not have consular offices in the Host Cities plan temporary delegation of their consular staff (for the duration of the Tournament) in order to provide fast and efficient assistance to their citizens.
Thanks to the initiative of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consuls of those countries without a permanent place in the Host Cities will be able to use the Fans' Embassies having stationary headquarters in conveniently located, and accessible areas of the cities.
Due to the program pursued by the Polish authorities, in cooperation with foreign partners, exchange of information between consular services and the authorities responsible for security and public order will be faster and easier. The time will be greatly reduced in providing the basic consular assistance, utilising the same system.
If you want to find out the details, in which situations and how the consuls will be able to help you, contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country.
